Worst morning, I ever had. The girl could not understand my order at all. I asked for caramelised onion pin wheel, she gave me red pepper ones. First she refused to change and then she did. She messed up with my classic English muffin with sausage and egg, never added sausage and on the receipt she charged me the right ones only.

i’ve ordered ice coffee with extra base and cream with espresso foam instead of that they gave me ice cap twice …they took soo much time to take order instead of taking order all staff is talking with each other in corner… very disappointed i’ve class by 4 they took order at 4.08 and gave order at 4:20…

I posted this review about 15 days ago(editing now on 30 May) and the management did nothing. Even the management doesn't care here. Worst Tim Hortons.

I ordered 2 steeped tea this monday 13 may at about 8:45 am.
First the girl was using phone and delayed my order. Also she did not change gloves to make my order.
The steeped tea was very cold and expired probably. I asked to change tea but the girl refused to change or refund. Her rudeness and attitude was at peak.
I left both tea at the counter.

These were safety hazards and I complained but no response back from management.

Pathetic customer service.

The food is reasonably good. I have one small complaint. When I ordered coffee I specifically requested "NO SUGAR". I NEVER take sugar in my coffee. I am not diabetic but what if another customer was. Think about it. 3 out of 5 in my opinion is pretty generous.

Dietary restrictions: Do not put sugar UNLESS the customer requests it.

A few months ago, I provided feedback addressing issues with customer service and order processing at the store. Today, I want to express my appreciation for the positive changes I've noticed.The overall experience has significantly improved; now, they ask whether you prefer something hot or cold, a shift from assuming preferences, which was not always accurate in the past. Additionally, the introduction of receipts and calling customers by number has streamlined the process. Thank you so much for making these improvements and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Every time I shop at this store, I have a bad experience. I feel that the people who work in the store do not want to be there, and they serve you without showing interest in helping. They do not explain instructions well, neglect to consult you if you have questions, and often make mistakes in your order. Additionally, the method they have of not giving you the receipt makes the delivery system for your order very confusing. It is much better to state the number of your order out loud than to say "chicken wrap," because how do you know it is your chicken wrap and not someone else's?I think there are many things that could be improved. I try to be empathetic because they are students just like anyone else who must be overloaded with work. However, it was a personal decision for them to be there. So, I am always left with the feeling that they don't want to improve your experience because they know that, given the few offers on campus and how expensive places like Station Express have become, they are almost the only pocket-friendly option.

Worst Tim Horton in the world.,thought one time was a mistake and given them another chance. Terrible tea and wrap. They surely not following the brand receipe. Corporate should inspect and fire them.
