The coffee cup and an cap wasn't checked by the server. The coffee spilled over in my clothes and car. If you complain they that's normal. It is normal I know but you should check before you serve. This is a new normal at Tim Hortons these days.

Such unprofessional customer service by KHUSHPREET . Ordered there at around 12, why showing such an attitude when asked to make my coffees fast and she was like everybody is waiting for their drink …. Why to make everyone wait so long then ? Add more staff or work bit faster… all the staff members looked so confused while making the orders…. Ask her to change her attitude or change the job !
