For an airport location . . . it's a 5. We all know airport restaurants are not where you go for fine dining. So if you keep that in mind, this is a good one! Fast service; they know people are here for the convenience, not a dining experience. They move fast, are helpful to you in you getting your order right, polite and clean as can be expected. Reasonably priced, good, fast food. I'll definitely come back when passing thru again and in a hurry.

I know one shouldn't expect quality food when eating at an airport but after getting breakfast at this Tim Horton's, I am genuinely worried about getting food borne illness before my vacation. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it had an EXTREMELY stale taste, to the point where I had to spit it out. I also ordered a hash brown which was not heated through properly. Timmie's is still a chain, so, airport or not, there should be at least some basic standards.

Good location if you want to grab a quick breakfast/coffee before OR after an early morning flight. Not a bad line when I came through, naturally you will pay airport prices.

Worst experience. I asked for small coffee and the employee gave Medium coffee and she charged for Medium as well. When I pointed the mistake to employee, she was like \"It's ok\" as if she is giving me the free coffee for free!! I am the person who is suppose to say its ok or NOT OK. Why can't they even take a simple order properly? How many of them at airport have enough tike to correct their order and get the money back? Disappointed.

Long long Lines. And they have signs saying that the tim cars app is out of order (more likely they don't want to participate in free coffees given the massive supply/demand imbalance within the airport). I so feel bad for the lady making the bagels and sandwiches: she's working so fast/hard. Way way more efficient and faster than most Timmy employees at other sites. She deserves a raise!

Good location if you want to grab a standard/consistent TM breakfast before/after an early morning flight, but just know that for the same meal combo, this location does charge a premium over what you would get at a TM location outside the airport (say even in Toronto proper) despite what flashes by on their electronic menu board. You also cannot accumulate points like at a regular franchised location. They don't advertise these unless you bother to ask/poke, so sharing these weird differences here for those that might accidentally choose this store over other choices at this terminal on these misconceptions.

The Pearson Airport Tim's on Level 1 will not accept points. It doesn't give points. It is limited in its menu and seating area. Got a sausage muffin and the cheese wasn't even melted. Tables weren't wiped, it was generally messy and its servers were extremely unhelpful. No napkins were provided with food and none were available nearby. My mother requested a straw and was ignored. I certainly won't be going back if I'm ever there waiting for transport again.

In winter it is difficult. It is a very large and important airport, people arriving from all over the world to visit the great city of Toronto.

As soon as I entered the Terminal 1, searched for Tim Hortons and the service provided was very unsatisfactory. Tim Hortons located in a public place like the airports need to be customer friendly. Whoever who is managing this location please take note this note.

Staff are extremely unprofessional. The lady that took my order was rude and angry. And kept asking what I want when I clearly stated the menu item as listed on the sign as I pointed. Her question was vague and she got upset at me after I asked her to clarify her question. Most Tim Hortons locations have competent staff that list the items available when people order (like the type of sides, and bagels) at the location. Something about this location that the staff expects me to mind read that they ran out of hash brown. And also, they do not know how to use their POS system to look up orders and reprint receipts, so if you need your receipt, ask before you pay or it's gone.

The line here is always horrendous because there’s only cashier, however given they’re short staffed they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving efficiently. I’m giving 1 star because 1 waited in line for 35 minutes only to be told they don’t have any dairy free milk options- despite it saying they do on their menu board. Also they can’t toast croissants? Seriously?! If this location doesn’t carry dairy free options then they put a sign somewhere saying that.. I’ll skip this line next time and head to Starbucks, at least I know they can toast items and have dairy free milk options.

I ordered 1 small hot chocolate and the lady at the cash counter charged me $6.19. I asked her for the receipt and she gave me my payment card receipt and not the actual receipt. I think she either put random tip amount. Poor service and fraud by the lady. She should be out of this place asap.

The old lady was very rude at me . I changed my mind ordering and she said she couldn’t change it , I ordered 3 hasbrowns and she gave me 2 , so I went to tell her and she said it was okay. There were people waiting behind me and I decided to leave because it was getting so embarrassing. It’s my first time I review something, so imagine how angry I was.
