One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I've ever had! The older lady at the counter was extremely rude : she barely said hello, and I got the sense there was something else going on too.
I don't know how you recruit your staff, but the foundation of good customer service is a proper greeting, and here it was completely absent. Terrible experience. First and last time.

This location is extremely filthy and the employees are unprofessional
I visited this Tim Hortons location for the first time around 5:45 a.m. to get a coffee and ordered a specific coffee, but I was given the wrong order. I went back within a minute to politely ask for the correct coffee. Instead of helping me, the employee started yelling at me and insisted that the coffee she gave me was correct. She then made another coffee in an angry and disrespectful manner and handed it to me.
