Worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve had. After waiting in a long line for approximately 20 mins, almost everything was sold out, they only had one or two options left. Staff should have at least informed customers with a sign or notice board, instead of letting people wait only to find out there’s nothing available. Really disappointing.

Herb and garlic bread is served cold, not warm. Staff is rude and doesn't even know much much hot chocolate will cost when asked.

I thought I was already mentally prepared for Tim Hortons’ declining standards over the past two years, but this airport location still managed to shock me. Do you realize how hard it is to mess up a French Vanilla? They did. Hands down the worst one I’ve ever had in my life. If you don’t want to start your trip with a bad mood, stay far away from this place.

Just one staff and line is growing bigger
Few staff comes from the back more then few times watching the big lineup(20 to 30ppl)grabs there on drink and goes back

We ordered 15 cups of steap tea double double coffee with long line traffic during over night hours. Komal and I think her name was Disinpreet handled everything amazingly while under pressure and somehow smiling. You have great employees give them a raise and pizza party

Grubby, slow, exceptionally limited range, marked up prices and the don't take the actual app. Add to that they ballsed up the only part of the order that wasn't off the shelf - steep.tea with no milk that they added milk to...useful with dairy allergy eh?... and this has to rank as the single worst Timmies I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgraceful
