I'm a very loyal Tim's costumer
But was very disappointed recently I was flying to the Caribbean and purchased a few items and a got a Cajun mix which was expired 3 day prior
I couldn't return for my $ back since I was on vacation, they really need to check shelf products not only collecting money. Bad management

Confused looks on travellers faces trying to figure out if they landed in the wrong country. Not sure whether to order a medium double double or tandoori paneer. Decided on a toasted bagel which they neglected to cut and a Boston cream squished into a paper bag, which had I not thrown out, I would have required a spoon to scrape out to eat.

Went to this tim hortons at 8:57 pm today 20241119- ordered 3 bacon farmers wrap since they don’t have chicken, neither offered egg and cheese farmers wrap . It was not mentioned in the menu as well which was understandable. we placed the order and requested to add the meat from one wrap on to another as one of us don’t eat meat.
The team member added 2 tomatoes in wraps and removed all meat from all 3 wraps even after requesting kindly multiple times.
We requested to give the bacon on the side and they neglected the request as they replaced the bacon with 2 tomatoes- it was very disheartening and rude to deal with the team members.
Team member named Jashande took the order and EE# 3937. There was another lady too who backed the statements and denied a good customer service and food experience.
3 wraps costed $19.63 due to airport restaurant and customer service could have been 1% par to the amount we paid.

Tim Horton in front of gate B2-B3 at terminal 3, I went there at 9:20 pm
On oct.29. There was indian girl on shift. She know nothing about customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before. She was super rude to me and when I addressed this issue to her she told me aggressivly to talk to her manger and was saying its none of my business to tell her not be rude to me. I'm gonna make sure that I will never ever go to this Tim.
