Absolutely terrible service. I asked for a receipt before paying and the cashier said she’d give me one as I need it for my corporate card. After I paid and asked for the receipt, she said I had to do it from the prompt screen which she never mentioned nor did it come up on the screen. I never got a receipt even though I insisted several times. She just said there isn’t anything she can do about it.

Food is rushed without care. Service is the worst out of any Tim Hortens I've been at and it's been this way since it opened. Express line sign was up and no express service provided. Any time HMS host is involved service and quality is garbage. Time for Tim Hortons to step up either close your location or get your own employees. In the end I left and went to Starbucks.

Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches for my wife and I to eat onboard a flight out of Terminal 1. The bread was so stale, the sandwiches were barely edible. The only reason the bread was not more stale, is that there wasn’t any staler bread available. Also, there was not enough turkey to feed a bird.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would NOT recommend!
