I’ve been dismayed in recent years by the decline of many Tim Hortons locations, but this Amherst restaurant really impressed me. It was spotless, the staff were cheerful, the service was efficient, and the coffee tasted just like I remember from years ago.

As for the products the bagels are seldom fresh and they think toasting stale bagels trick customers in thinking they're fresh! I'm fed up with the different degrees of freshness of the donuts purchased at the same time and location.
