You guys really need to move the drive thru stop sign LOWER to eye level. Because the amount of times I've almost got hit coming in/out of the restaraunt is unacceptable. Nobody sees the stop sign

I swear I could eat more fresh bagels out of the supermarket. For two years, I've been trying this Tim's and no luck, every single time I got cold, over toasted, hard to chew bagels..no excuses if they try to speed, I tried other Tim's with rushing lanes, and they do a good job. The bagels for some reason are never fresh.
Washroom is mandatory for public but it’s always out of service. Customers have to go gas station after buying coffee which is not good

Just ordered from them. I was shocked by the poor quality of food. The chicken sandwich was inedible, with rock-hard chicken. The wedges were equally disappointing, being tough and overcooked. While the peppermint tea was alright, it’s a basic drink that’s hard to ruin. I’m truly disappointed and will be sticking to the Heartland location in the future.
