I ordered a turkie club and a medium dark rost with an espresso shot. When the cashier punched in caramel syrup I stopped her and told her that I don't want caramel syrup, i ordered espresso shot. She assured me that this is how they order. Went to pickup my coffee and I indicated that I order espresso shot. Guess what: they don't have espresso mashine at this locationThey asked me if I want the money back and I day yes. Answer : we can not give you the money back. Long story short: I got a medium regular coffee (not dark) $1.20 not refunded and a cold turkie club full of Chipotle sauce and a slice of turkie.Tim Hortons, do you inspect the service at airport locations? I will try to avoid Tim Hortons at Pearson Airport. Teribile experience.

Terrible service, plus you cannot use your offer on Tim app, which the store they should have posted in front of the store. The store is abusing lots of customers and making quick bucks by the fact that it is located inside the airport which many customers won't bother to complain. STOP it ✋️ fix it.

Ordered Chai tea latte with an orange pekoe bag added in that , Manjit took the order and told me that they don’t have latte in small sizes, I ordered a medium then. Then she gave me chai tea latte without the chai tea bag, only the orange pekoe bag, on asking about chai tea bag she showed me the empty box and gave me another orange pekoe bag. When I said, I want a refund because this is not my order, she said wait and then opened a new chai tea bag box and gave one bag to me. Terrible service and unacceptable attitude. Everybody pays for their order, so it’s your job to make it.

Great and quick service at the airport even we had to queue a little bit it didn't take that long to b served. Tried the French vanilla cappuccino and as always never disappointed by Tim Hortons, thanks ☕???

Terrible service from the team member at Tim Hortons. I visited at 2:45 am on Christmas Day, and Jaspreet was rude in her communication, lacking even a small smile on such a festive morning. It's disappointing for Tim Hortons' reputation; such behavior is unacceptable from a well-reputed organization. Moreover, there was no scanning option to redeem points, rendering the rewards program pointless without a scanner. The way this was conveyed was also disappointing. There is a need for coaching to ensure a better customer experience.

I had the worst situation at Toronto airport. I was in the waiting line, and another employee told me that I could only pay cash, so I came out of the waiting line, but when I came out of the waiting line, she mocked me, saying that only cash payments were possible at this counter where she was standing.

The ordered 2 cream of broccoli ? soup along with other order. But not happy at all with soup quality. Both were not good in taste and savor in taste. When I returned to counter lady Navdee for replacement, she refused denied. The other counter lady shebana intervene in the conversation and immediately offered to replace with vegetable sandwiches. Thank you so much shebana for your great customer service. I was returning from international travel and received this type of service that amused me. Thank you shebana. ?

Worst tim hortons ever below quality standard in terms of customer service & coffee quality , very unpleasant , rude team member doesn't even know the meaning of burnt coffee.Owner of this tim hortons should be penalized.

Very very very very slow. It looks like they are doing a favor to the customer by serving them . Management should hire the right personnel. 25 minutes is unacceptable to serve 9 people.
