The customer service was very disappointing. I said “thank you” three times, but the server never responded or acknowledged me. A simple response would have made the experience much more welcoming. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Had a great experience at TK Ultra Lounge. Our server, Tanvir, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met throughout the visit. His friendly attitude really added to the overall vibe of the place. Definitely appreciate the excellent service and would come back again!

Went here with some friends after work for some food as we were all very hungry. Server was very short and not attentive at all. We were served our starter after we had already finished our meals. When requested to take the starter off the bill, as we were already finished. They refused and server gave us the starter in a take out container. She then proceed to argue with and my friends. As we all work in the industry we tried to remain calm and patient but this was BY FAR the WORST service I have ever experienced. Please re think your hiring. Harshi is not suitable for this Industry.
The service was worst, staff has lot of attitude specially the girl name harshi having lot of attitude with customers instead of dealing it will patiently she behave very badly and we just went there and just left the place within 10 min without having the food because the server argued with us . This is one of the worst experience I ever had in my life. I will Never come back !!

Unfortunately the live music ruined our evening. It was so loud that it was genuinely uncomfortable. Conversation was impossible, and the sound level was headache-inducing. The staff didn’t seem to notice or care when we mentioned it. Food was average, service was okay, but the overwhelming noise made us regret choosing this place. If you want to actually enjoy a meal and talk with your companions, go somewhere else.”

Terrible experience due to the extremely loud live music. We were seated right near the band and it was deafening. Couldn’t enjoy our food or have any kind of conversation. I understand some people like loud music, but this was excessive for a restaurant setting. Felt like we were being punished for trying to have a normal dinner. Won’t be back.”

Like babe, I went in hoping for a nice dinner with my family and genuinely wasn't impressed. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the atmosphere, and I’m sure if we went during the nightlife hours it would’ve been lit, but we went around 5:30.
They started doing mic rehearsals, and I get that you need to do a sound check, but clearly there were people trying to enjoy a peaceful dinner in your restaurant, maybe wait 30 minutes? Or stop for at least 20? They kept yelling “Mic check, mic check” for our entire dinner. I’m not even exaggerating, from the time I sat down to when we paid the bill, it was “Mic check, mic check,” progressively getting louder.
The food was okay, nothing crazy. Low-key, the portions were small, but that’s normal, so no huge complaints there.
Just next time, remember that you're a restaurant first. If I wouldn’t want to hear “Mic check” every five seconds during an hour-long dinner, your guests probably don’t either.
