Really bad service came in felt overwhelmed with the disorganization. The BBQ pork buns wasn't even at the sign it was at front desk. Women rushed me and BBQ pork buns tasted old. Never again.

Bought a few sausage buns on the last weekend and what I have found in it is the scariest thing I ever seen in my life. It was full of MAGGOTS inside!!!!
So it seems like an owners don’t care about safety and health of their clients. All they care about is their pockets!! This place should be closed!!

Each bun is at least $1.95+ and they don't look good, I just got a sponge cake to try, it tasted bitter, don't know what kind of preservative or chemical they put in their food. The only staff there is not so friendly either, the place itself is messy and looks dirty. Not worth your time and money.

Person working inside said it was fresh, ordered a cake and it tasted a week to a month old. Avoid! 2 dollars down the drain. The staleness permeates your mouth. Haven’t had anything this bad.

I used to swear by this place. The food was always top shelf, but since the pandemic and them moving further into the plaza, it’s sadly gone downhill. Things don’t seem as fresh. The taste isn’t as good and fillings in the buns seem to be cut back. This could be due to the costs of making things have gone up. All I know is that I’ve been disappointed since they moved to further in the plaza.

The place is hit or miss. Never consistent. Prices are a little high. Service can be better. Staff can speak Cantonese Mandarin and depending on the staff there Vietnamese. Parking on the weekend is crazy. Clean interior. It can be hot inside. Otherwise plenty of parking. Bakery can be low on some items depending on the day. Not sure what is up with that. One call ahead for a custom order.

We bought fried sesame balls and winter mellon cakes both were likely two days old pretending to be fresh. Not worthy of our or anyone else's palette. A real shame and deterioration from a once decent bakery from years back. We tried other branches of the same name and they are not better either. Not worth your patronage now if they don't improve soon.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Buns have barely any filling and it tastes dry and old. I had to throw out everything I bought because it was unedible. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Stay away from this place.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I bought a chicken bun and the meat tasted like alcohol and the bun was stale. The other buns i purchased such as the pineapple bun was stiff, hard and not fresh. Purchase elsewhere.

The original location has moved down a few shops to a smaller location. They now serve frozen dim sum too!

Poor quality bun and high price has led to a low review, needs improvement.

Stay away from the BBQ Pork Bun I bit into it and had strong odor of foul smell meat . It was definitely expired pork. And you could even smell it too it was that strong. So much better options out there for best fresh buns go to Happy Cake House Bakery on Hurontario

This bakery is one of the only Chinese ones in the area I live, this I would frequently visit. I bought their BBQ pork bun and it ended up giving me food poisoning. I’ve been sick throughout night. It was the only thing that I ate different from my family. The buns were lacking freshness and flavour. Filling was not good. I threw out the rest of my purchases, it’s sad but unfortunately, I will no longer be purchasing from here. Be careful.
