I had a wonderful experience at Turtle Jack’s! I was served by Carol, and she was absolutely fantastic super patient, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. The food was just as great as the service. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was amazing crispy, fresh, and the portion size was generous. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently had an amazing time at Turtle Jack's in Erin Mills, and I have to share my experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, perfect for a casual night out with friends. I have to give a shoutout to the server, Sephora, who provided exceptional service, making sure we had everything we needed. Her drink recommendations were spot on, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole evening especially with my constant questions about the menu, I'm a vegetarian so I need to ensure meals do not contain any trace of meat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back for more fun!
