This was a location I had visited in the past and my most recent experience wasnt the greatest. On this particular day we went for lunch, wasnt busy found the service to be extremely slow, it took long to make our soup/ salad combo + soup / burger. We had asked for the burger to be well done & it wasnt. When it came to the cheque verification of the payment had to be confirmed with shift manager on duty as I was informed by server that they don’t expect many coins/ change as a method of payment, when I offered an alternative method of payment i was informed that it would be a one time expection deal..

I came to the restaurant few days ago, first time there, i came with a buddy for some drinks. I had an amazing experience thanks to Ms. Jess P. From the moment we sat down, she welcomed us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made us both feel right at home. Her knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, and she crafted the perfect cocktail tailored to our taste. Not only was she attentive and efficient, but her engaging personality turned a simple night out into a memorable experience. I can't wait to come back and see her again. Ms Jess P. is an amazing bartender. God bless her always.

Our experience at Turtle Jack’s is always amazing!

The level of service that we have received from Carol is unbelievable. She works non-stop and yet always finds the time to treat us with grace and kindness.

To invest time into your job the way she does is rare and is truly one-of-a-kind.

Also, each visit we are greeted by Sumanth and Drew (with hugs). They always make sure that our experience is perfect.

This has become our favourite place to go!

I often visit this restaurant weekly during my time with my friends at the mall in the afternoon (happy hours) where the atmosphere is calm, the dishes are delicious and the hostess Carol is present, who adds more splendor to the session with her gentle touches and beautiful manners.
I tried many dishes, including classic burger, chicken wings, and calamari, and I found them all to have a special and delicious taste and reasonable prices.
I recommend visiting this restaurant.

My family dined at Turtle Jacks Erin Mills for lunch today not for your typical happy occasion as we wanted to have lunch together as a family after attending a memorial mass. Our server, John was outstanding! He was very personable, efficient, and kept checking in on our table frequently. The restaurant manager, Drew was wonderful as well. He made us all feel comfortable and attended to our every need. Our orders were correct and the food was tasty and of high quality.

Although we gathered for lunch after a sad occasion, the staff at Turtle Jacks made our afternoon very enjoyable and memorable. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Thank you to the entire Turtle Jacks team. Appreciated your amazing service!

Went to celebrate my grand daughters birthday have not been here for many years. It was fajitas Tuesday. The chicken was extremely salty and looked processed. The vegetables were also very salty. Not a good dinner at all. Will not be going back. Then I was asked to send an email and no response obviously they do not care

The drinks were great! The food was just okay – I wasn’t too hungry that night and only planned on ordering the “bang bang shrimp.” However, the server mentioned it was a small portion and suggested I get something more, so I added calamari to my order. When it arrived, it turned out to be quite a large serving for my appetite..shouldn’t have listened.

Also, the booth chairs felt very outdated, and I think this location could use some renovations.
