I really hate to give anything less than a five star review but I also have to be honest. We used to go to this place all the time and it was awesome. But lately we have found the service to be declining. Sometimes we are asked to wait an hour before picking up food which we find extreme. But then when we pick it up, and we usually go around 45 minutes because we are starving, the food is cold and has been sitting there. The staff was welcoming, and extremely pleasant. The food was made quickly and exactly what I expected. However I did not expect the food to still be hot once home. I had a 15+ minute drive home from the mall and the food was still nice and hot. Wonderful experience. I recommend this Thai Express location for great convenience and tasty take out.
