Trying Tuts for the first time. When asked cashier on the till, he had zero knowledge of what was vegan on the menu or even perhaps what vegan meant.
Ordered a Falafel bowl with half rice and half fries with Tahini and Mustard Mint. Coincidentally a customer ahead of us mentioned that the sauce was not vegan, so we went with just Tahini.

Never tried Egyptian food before but this place, can say one of the best places to go to whenever visiting square one
