Huge fan of Middle Eastern food but not this place. Dry, rasher bland food, chicken wasn’t great. Plate overloaded with rice and the hot sauce wasn’t nice. Overpriced and not enjoyable to eat.

Fan of wraps. Current rating is almost fair 2.8. Tried a wrap and it was not tasty. Not sure what exactly is wrong with it

This is for the one at Erin mills town centre mall. Every time this older lady serves me, it’s not a good experience. I don’t know if she manages or own it but she has long conversations with other customers as if I wasn’t there. It’s a shame though because the food is amazing every time but she turns me off. This was one of my favourites but I will not be going back.

Terrible experience at Villa Madina.
The service was absolutely horrible. The staff was extremely rude and didn’t care about customers at all. The food was not clean, served cold, and clearly not fresh. When I complained, the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional.

This place has completely gone downhill. Poor hygiene, cold food, and rude staff. Don’t come. Don’t eat. I will never visit again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience. Old lady provided horrible customer service was extremely rude as it was my first time ordering from there and asked one simple question about the combo. Food didnt taste good either. 0/10 stars realistically. 1 star is me being generous.

I am a student working a co-op. I had been working since 6 in the morning and was very hungry. Came here and was able to get the student discount. Food was AMAZING and the service was incredible. The lady sitting at the front was very nice and very patient since I have a bit of a hearing problem.

I usually love eating at Villa Medina, and other locations have always been great.
But yesterday I ordered poutine from the Erin Mills location, and the quality was disappointing. The cheese was almost missing — only two small pieces on top — and most of what I ate was just fries. The woman asked if I wanted garlic sauce; I said just a bit , but she added too much. She also asked if I wanted ketchup, and I said no. Honestly, the taste and service were disappointing. I paid $13.54 for the poutine and a 7UP, and it didn’t feel worth it.
I hope they improve the quality because I really like Villa Medina.

Terrible, tasteless food. Was overpriced and the staff was rude.
