The staff are great, but the wine selection is just horrible. It is incredibly expensive and the the staff has no idea as regards, wine recommendations, I would never be here if my flight was not delayed for five hours

Unpleasantly surprised by this establishment. The waiters are inattentive, I had to remind them several times about the order, which was eventually brought cold. The atmosphere deteriorated, and instead of a pleasant stay, only negativity remained. No, I do not recommend it.Dirtily

TL:DR: takes forever (>45mins) to make a bruschetta, a bad look for an airport spot.
I was served by a gentleman named Saad who in himself was nice enough. We settled into our seats just under an hour prior to boarding our plane, within view of our gate.
We got given water and menus and ordered all within 5 minutes, a couple drinks and a bruschetta. When we were checked on 20 minutes later we asked if the food would be much longer as we were hungry. We were told it was 'almost ready'. I asked to pay so we'd be ready to go when necessary. After we paid we waited another 15 minutes before inquiring after the food again. 'Next thing out the kitchen'. After another 10 minutes, and seeing several more orders come out, we heard our plane start boarding.
We left, instructing the team to pass it on to a gentleman who had just arrived. You'll have to ask him how the food was.

Great service, and amazing food!! I had a flight and was not sure if i had time to stop and eat, and the servers were able to accommodate this perfectly. I was served by a young lady named Julia, she was amazing and extremely helpful, I really recommend checking this place out if you have the chance!

Ashley was super sweet very attentive and easy to speak with as well as all other staff.
We’ve been to a number of these at quite a few airports and Pearson Toronto Airport was by far the best. The service and food prep—not that we’ve ever been disappointed at any other — but this was just heads above the rest. Corporate, give them a better location and access to the app and you will have 5 stars across the board!

Ordered an appetizer and an entree. Entree took a while to be brought out. They had said the soup will be out shortly. 20 minutes later soup came out and we had already eaten our entrees. Very disorganized waiting and kitchen staff. I have never had an appetizer be brought out at the same time the desert should be brought out. In my opinion very overpriced for mediocre food and drinks are very expensive.
