I’m just going to write my thoughts about this cafe, as everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I would not recommend the cafe portion of this restaurant (I cannot speak on behalf of the wine since I didn’t have any). I ordered a caramel macchiato and my biggest complaint was that the girl there used a steam wand that was caked with milk residue. I’ve been to many cafes and usually the wand is wiped down with sanitizer between each use. After I was handed my coffee, I had asked if the wands were sanitized between each drink, she said yes of course. Clearly not since I saw that it had milk residue on it and even after she made my first drink the wand was still not wiped down. After we left, she didn’t wipe it down either but just pushed it into the machine.

As far as airport choices go, it’s not a bad choice. Layout & tables are good. Beer choices / I like. Especially the Waterloo Dark. Very pleasant, so had two. There’s a Waterloo Amber as well, which I was maybe planning on having but for the fact that you only get 4 pieces of ‘tiny’ bread to go with the 10 pieces of cheese. That was a disappointing mis-match for sure especially for $19 (+ tax I’m sure). The fig jam was also a nice touch, but heh, if you want to be tight and chinzi, you’ll get a poor or average review.

Dear owner! We really love the concept and idea for this restaurant! Wine is outstanding and your wine flight is something that calls me every time I am in Terminal 3. BUT I am pretty sure you have to work with your staff to make sure they work efficiently! Glasses are not clean enough, staff is so independent to the customers, they are slow, people have to go to the bar and order there to make it faster. I believe you are very short in staff. One more thing you have to consider is to change food options from time to time . Thanks! And I hope to see some changes coming from my feedback.
And I would be happy to update my comment next time if I see any improvements from your side.

The worst customer service, the guy with bland hair was very rude and unprofessional with attitude, his service was very poor , I paid the 20% tip and said it is for here , still he packed for take out with plastic fork served me in very bad manner, while I was eating there was no napkin and he never asked me if everything is ok ….. In Airport should be very professional.

Slow service but kind faces. Denise served us on her very first shift and is going to be a star! Harleen is a very patient trainer.
The manager on shift who set the pace was not very attentive to the patrons around the bar (we waited 10 minutes for service) and could benefit from a stronger sense of urgency, but the team made up for it when they eventually came around.
Harleen served me this morning and my morning flight went 1000 times better because of it ! Great place for a beverage before boarding
