I bought this ice cream expecting it to, you know… melt like ice cream. Instead, it just sat there for hours I left it out and it refused to melt
The texture was weird and honestly it made me question what I was eating. Ice cream should drip, soften, and create a little mess—not remain perfectly intact like a wax candle. The ice containers also do not have any labels and ingredients listed. I will be contacting the CFIA in regards to the different items this store is selling to the public without proper labels.

I tried the longan roll cake, and it had visible mold on the bottom. This is extremely serious and absolutely unacceptable for any business serving food. It shows a complete failure in basic food safety standards.
This issue points directly to poor management and lack of proper oversight. A product in this condition should never reach a customer if quality control were taken seriously.
To be clear, the staff are not at fault. This is a management-level problem — weak supervision, careless standards, and a disregard for food quality.
This experience has completely damaged my trust in this place, and I would not feel safe returning.

Ice cream and cake show signs of being overdue, the taste is completely different from normal food, very uncomfortable to eat,😞Poor quality, not worth the money.

Came all the way from Ottawa but was told they close at 8:45pm today when I arrived, no explanation... the worker didn't even really care and wanted to get out.

Nov 29 - changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. I went back and the owner was there and he was very kind and offered me a free treat and explained the situation. We talked about the store and his other locations. the desserts are great and the owner is great at customer service.

I visited the store on Wednesday morning to buy some stuffs that included yogurt. I put it straight into the fridge and didn’t open it until around 3 PM the same day, but the water had completely separated from the yogurt, just like in the photo. The tasted was very weird, the whole cup was very very sweet, not include sweet and sour as the yogurt should be, so I can only assume it wasn’t fresh at all?

I’m a regular customer, I’ve experienced things that disappoint me but still want to give the store another chance but I won’t be back ever again. really disappointing quality for items that should be fresh. The store needs to be serious on their quality that they very sure that “fresh everyday”

Bought their durian cake. While eating the cake, seeing durian meat inside the cake, but there is hardly any durian flavour, it is telling you how “good” the product it is.

my favorite dessert place in this area, the sticky rice yogurt is so good I crave it everyday
