ABSOLUTE TRASH! Ordered an iced latte, gave me a hot one, when I corrected them, they threw the drink at me and the lady was HORRIBLE. She was probably about 50, had blonde hair, and always wears dark pink lipstick. She looked at me like I was making her day harder. No dude, I corrected you before paying and you STILL got it wrong. Absolutely disgusting place and person.

Gross, gross, gross!!! Absolute health-hazard of a bathroom. The toilet paper wasn't on/inside the holder, and was just laying on the floor. Service is super slow and we waited 15 minutes for a bagel. My favorite part was an older lady employee, doing nothing but putting stickers on things.

Had a very rude manager. Ordered a chocolate creamy chill and took a sip and it was so sour , so returned inside and got attitude. Stating she can't take that back and pushed it with force ... I did get a replacement drink in the end .. not a pleasant experience. She was very disrespectful. 4:30 pm July 5 2025.

The bathroom is disgusting. I cleaned the toilet before I used it, but it's so gross I just hovered over it anyway. The glass on the doors is nasty and looks like Noone ever cleans there. If it wasn't the only place to stop on the way to Ottawa I wouldn't have ever stopped in. 👎👎
