I love this cafe! The treats are always incredible (my favourites are the raspberry squares, salted caramel choc chip square, and anything with a shortbread base). The staff are all so friendly and helpful - it's a wonderful place to meet friends, bring your family, or just do takeout. The lunch options (paninis, wraps, salads or soups) are delicious and change daily and seasonally. As a bonus there are frozen dinner options for you to take home and they also do catering! Can't recommend the Lighthouse Cafe enough!

The Lighthouse is such a cozy spot to go for a hot bevy and treat. Tara and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and pleasant. I have had many of the drinks, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and meals. They have all been top notch. My family have a tradition of ordering the cinnamon rolls to habe for Christmas morning and other special occassions. Highly recommended!

what a cute cafe!!
the coffee is quite delicious, can be hot or iced which is really nice!
the canadiana iced coffee was really good! i got a vanilla syrup in it and it was sweet but not overpowering
the inside of the cafe is adorable! such beautiful artwork on the wall available for purchase!
the seating was super comfortable and vintage
great outdoor seating as well
the lady serving us was so kind and explained the different syrups and the menu!
seems like the baked goods are freshly baked so we will for sure come back one morning when they open!
great hours too (7:30-4:30)

Good coffee thanks for Velvut coffee grains… but very poor service… grumpy ladies… dump atmosphere… not worth the visit…. Much better places just 10km away.

Great staff

We stumbled upon this bistro and it was so cute with a nice menu, we thought we were in for a treat. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich used a previously fried egg which must then have been refrigerated because the egg was stone cold in both of our sandwiches (although the biscuit it came on was hot and quite tasty). We also ordered chocolate milks and an oat milk, and we said no to the ice; however, all our drinks came with ice. I'm also pretty sure the chocolate milk was on the verge of being off.

On the plus side, the wrap my daughter had was good and was made according to our order and the desserts we ordered (a brownie, a raspberry square and a peanut butter chocolate chip ball) were all very good.

I was going to speak with one of the ladies there but they were quite busy by the time we left so I didn't... I truly hope that this review will be useful to the staff there and they can make improvements, because it really is a cute place.
