I was here tonight. There was a young woman working the counter. She was very kind and helpful with us. She was all by herself at 7pm working on countless subs with a long line. This is not a complaint, I commend her! During all this rush, she got screamed at and recorded by 2 completely irrational women who were upset that they didn’t notice they got their veggies on wrong kind of bread (the end of the world as we know it!). She kept her head and her composure and I feel so badly for her. Treat your service workers KINDLY. They are human too. Not punching bags. It is never so serious for you to blatantly harass and scream a person for just following rules set by management. If you don’t like it? Don’t go back! Food was subway. Always tastes just as you want it. No complaints.
