They were so nice and fast. I really appreciate when fast food chains do little things like this. The girl in the front was super nice!

Wow the coffee🤩. I am a loyal Timmy's double double drinker NO MORE! I just tried A&W coffee and it is better by far!

The employees here are friendly and polite. I'd like to acknowledge Sharon specifically who went above and beyond. She was patient and helpful with taking a large order. She even brought the food to the table, then checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Food was great and the service was even better.

I went in and sat down with a Tim Hortons coffee and was gonna go order breakfast, I was told by an employee to leave as no outside food is allowed, I had no food and was gonna order. I tried to explain this, she was rude and ignorant and told me to leave, I will spread the word and will never go back.

You can smell the staff from the other side of the store. Clearly they are not practicing good hygiene. I will never eat here again. Completely unacceptable behavior for Canada.

Went for breakfast at 530am. Sat at the drive thru box for ever. Shouting hello. Asking to be served... Noone ever answered. Person inside when we drove on, just ignoring us. You lost a customer today. Sad.

The one server goes way out of his way to give us the best service above and beyond extra pickles. He make sure that everything is exactly the way we want it. Matter of fact, I haven’t had bad service from anyone.

We were there around 6pm Oct 2, 2025. They were extremely busy between the front counter and drive thru. The young girl was taking care of both the drive thru and the counter. She did amazing, she greeted everyone with a smile and gave great customer service. The kitchen kept up with the demand. The food was fresh and the wait was very minimal. Over excellent experience

We stopped in for a quick dinner last night and we were served by an extremely polite and courteous young man by the name of Quintyn . I would like to give a shout out to him as he actually made my day !!!!
