This A&W has good food but everything else is TERRIBLE! The staff working the day we stopped by were way off base. They made a mistake with my husband’s order (he ordered spicy cruncher and they gave him chubby), when he approached the counter to inquire they questioned him about what it was he said when he ordered?! And then lady at the counter grabbed it from his hands and threw it into the garbage. They replaced the sandwich but we had to sit in the seating area enduring...
Their front counter workers were MIA multiple times. Many other workers saw there was a lineup at the front counter waiting for several minutes without anyone serving us. One customer even left when he saw no one helping us. When I spoke up when one worker walked by, I asked if I could please have 2 takeout cups (to put my kids leftover drinks in), he said "I'm not even supposed to be working up here" with attitude.
