This A&W has good food but everything else is TERRIBLE! The staff working the day we stopped by were way off base. They made a mistake with my husband’s order (he ordered spicy cruncher and they gave him chubby), when he approached the counter to inquire they questioned him about what it was he said when he ordered?! Their front counter workers were MIA multiple times. Many other workers saw there was a lineup at the front counter waiting for several minutes without anyone serving us. One customer even left when he saw no one helping us. We come to the Napanee, ON Canada A&W on our way to and from camp. My daughter loves it there. It is clean, they are quick to serve, good food and have good customer service. I wouldn’t normally leave a review for a fast food chain but when we went there on the way up to camp they messed our order up, then charged me extra money for ordering another burger instead of just replacing it.
