For a small town as many fast food restaurants as we have, I want to put some light on the Burger King. They did an excellent job with extreme measures to make Customer Service a priority. They were very polite very generous understood everything I was asking for even my extra order which was custom they went above and beyond and when the total came out to only $12 I was very pleased. The food was also all freshly cooked and served with a smile. and while I waited, they offered me a free small drink, they’re really doing something good. Decent experience

The food is good price. The fries were hot. The burgers were warm. It’s good value. And my granddaughter always gets a new hat or crown because she’s my princess.

Terrible service. I just sat through the drive thru for half an hour while they didn’t take a single order. When I pulled around and payed they told me AFTER I paid that I can park and wait out front of the restaurant. There is one person being served inside. I don’t know how you could even manage to make a single chicken burger into an hour long ordeal. I won’t be back!

Terrible service! Can't work the cash. Don't seem to understand whopper Wednesday at the napanee ontario location
Sat and waited 5 minutes no communication saying we be served shortly. Staff member exited building using his gloves returned to his work station still wearing same gloves and proceeded to make food after handling dirty door handles. Seen another employee open staff door using gloves and returned to making food.Simply disgusting will not return there. You ate touching dirty door handles with your gloves then making burgers are you that inconsiderate for the customers. We walked out I will be calling the manager

Had such a great experience! The worker told us to enjoy our meal and wrote us a little note on a napkin inviting us to come back! Great service you don't see anywhere or expect anymore, it was an absolute treat to experience! Food was great too!
