When I first moved to the area, the manager of this location was the first person I kinda started to recognize. He always double checks my order and seems happy I came in. Way different than in Toronto. Selim, thank you for being a nice person and caring about my order. The drive up north is a little nicer when I stop here, either inside or at the drive through. The bathroom is also super clean which is nice since this is a half-way stop for me on a long road.
Submitted a mobile order on the app and it was sent to the wrong restaurant. Napanee Burger King went above and beyond to call the other restaurant to cancel the order that I tried to online. Then they made my order for me at no charge (other restaurant got to keep the payment). Thank you for the amazing customer service.
For a small town as many fast food restaurants as we have, I want to put some light on the Burger King. They did an excellent job with extreme measures to make Customer Service a priority. They were very polite very generous understood everything I was asking for even my extra order which was custom they went above and beyond and when the total came out to only $12 I was very pleased.
