Submitted a mobile order on the app and it was sent to the wrong restaurant. Napanee Burger King went above and beyond to call the other restaurant to cancel the order that I tried to online. Then they made my order for me at no charge (other restaurant got to keep the payment). Thank you for the amazing customer service.
For a small town as many fast food restaurants as we have, I want to put some light on the Burger King. They did an excellent job with extreme measures to make Customer Service a priority. They were very polite very generous understood everything I was asking for even my extra order which was custom they went above and beyond and when the total came out to only $12 I was very pleased. The food is good price. The fries were hot. The burgers were warm. It’s good value. And my granddaughter always gets a new hat or crown because she’s my princess.
