Lovely bakery. I've been looking everywhere for a place that can bake a good cookie, and I've finally found it. Their homemade no-bake cheesecake is also amazing. Good prices for homemade treats, I will definitely be coming back.

Love this bakery! Smells amazing every morning when I’m heading to work and makes fantastic sandwiches. Super fresh and a great price! I’ve tried a few of their baked goods, highly recommend the cannolis and the sugar powdered pastry with the strawberry filling (I forget what they’re called, sorry). Can’t wait to try the coffee options next. ?

Visited from out of town . Purchased a variety of baked goods. The bakery didn’t smell like fresh baking at all when we walked in . Smelled oddly musty. The cookies were sadly very, very stale, & tasted of the same musty smell in the bakery . They were inedible.

First visit, won't be last. We ordered a sandwich and a canolli. Both were stars. I come from an Italian background as well as the owner and appreciate his style of food prep. The store may be small, but packed with decadent flavors. I want to try the homemade lasagne on the next visit and stuff myself with more canolli. They bring the Italian flavors to Napanee from a city ( Guelph,Ontario ) where my family is also from. So I say come in and enjoy this place often, you will not be disappointed.

After making a few visits to this new shop and trying several baked goods, it is time for some honest feedback. (1) Can the baker please wear a clean t-shirt or clean apron when serving customers. The dirt on the existing shirt is not okay. (2) The general cleanliness and presentation of the bakery is a bit on the greasy-spoon side. If the vibe is intended to be a wrong-side-of-town-discount-bakery, then you nailed it. (3) In case you did not know, bakeries provide little pieces of heaven and should come with customer service that, at the very least, attempts to be warm and welcoming. The baker and his dirty t-shirt are neither.
