The food at this location is always crap. My daughter, who will literally eat anything, didn't even eat her food. She took one bite and cried because she was really looking forward to her poutine. I forced mine down because I'm cheap and I already paid for it.
The ice cream and cakes are fine. Stay away from the food!

Service is always great at this location, employees are polite and caring. Great spot to stop during an Ottawa-Toronto drive. DQ's quality has been consistently great over the years while other chains have disappointed; this location is a great example!

i don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to serve items how they’re advertised? you sell WARM queso, says so on the billboard, so when i specifically say i want warm queso that means warm. not ice cold outta the fridge. every. single. time i go to this location they give me freezing cold queso and i have to go back through the drive through to get them to reheat it. it’s been more than a dozen times that i’ve ordered it and not a single time has it been given warm, always cold. if it’s so impossible for you to serve warm queso, take it off your menu! stop advertising warm queso or better yet, DO YOU DAMN JOBS! you wouldn’t think sticking a container of queso in the microwave for 20 seconds was such a hard task for the poor shitty excuses you call employees

The lady made a mistake on the 2 orders I placed with her. And she wasn't happy to do it again. So the service was very poor and so was the atmosphere. I do not recommend!

Went to this location and drive thrusaid closed at 1000, we got there at 959 pm so ok no biggie. Went to front door and they turned all the lights out at 1000 pm. Online said store is open until 1100 pm. Not going here again. Had to drive to Kingston where they WERE open until 1100 pm.

Ordered 3 burgers they were too messy and they gave us no napkins, I also got a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and they only have a few berries and cheesecake bits on the top there's nothing on the bottom. Need to train the teenagers there better
