Stopped on February 23rd and ordered 1 medium Blizzard with turtle pieces and 1 small Blizzard. They brought them to the drive-thru window, did not turn them upside down, and by the time we got on the 401 to come home, realized they were runny, barely frozen and very gritty! What a disappointment.

Food was terrible. Took a bite of burger and it tastes off. Mentioned it to staff and they brushed it off. We spent $40 on three burger meal deals and weren't even able to eat the burgers. Absolutely gross 🤢 and felt sick after eating

We picked up 3 ice cream treats, 2 blizzards and a parfait. There were no lids available nor were we offered a tray, just handed the open treats out the drive thru window to one person in a car. The top half of the Blizzards were great but half way down there was just plain ice cream. Obviously not mixed well. It was a disappointing visit. 😔

was extremely disappointed, went to get ice cream tonight. the girls working were very unprofessional half of my order was completely wrong and they were very unprofessional over the speak phone. I had said my order clearly but when I had arrived at window was missing half of it along with the huge wait time.

Order BBQ chicken fingers and the sauce is not BBQ . Order Ranch for dipping sauce and did not get it . Order root bear for a drink and it has no flavor. Just carbonated water. Over all worst experience ive had .
