Was in town for a medical procedure at the hospital from Peterborough. Stopped in for food and coffee afterwards with my mother in law. I got the kales taco salad and it was amazing and my mother in law got a delicious sandwich. Will definitely be back
This place is an absolute gem. The breads are delicious if that’s all you want, but the soups, sandwiches and pastries are some of the best I’ve ever had. Elena is an exceptional baker, and I would say borderline obsessed with the quality of her baked goods. If you’re anywhere near Napanee, you’ll want to make sure you don’t miss an opportunity to eat here. Ellena is often on the premises, overseeing things, and she’s absolutely lovely, as is the rest of the staff. I should also mention that it is a nice kitchen store. A lot of useful bits and bobs, and many things that would make nice gifts.

A few months ago a customer of mine introduced me to this hidden gem. I was also introduced to Ellena. A very pleasant individual, her lovely café also sells wines, teapots, jams, cheese, dishcloths and a lot more. I just got a coffee and my wife got a mocha latte. The cherry on top is that with your drink they give you what appears to be a bite sized almond square to go with your drink. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area! 5 stars.
