Husband and I ordered a chicken on the bun and 1/4 chicken third rack combo. And a small fry and summer drinks. I had to pay separately for a pop for the combos and we get to the table and noticed husband order was wrong he got a 1/4 chicken only. The boy who brought it out I explained the issue she didn’t listen to the order as I requested my pop with my combo she said you don’t get a pop it is a side. I specifically said 1/4 rack and rib is a pop and chicken on a bun is a pop. I asked the boys to take my order so I could order the ribs now at least I was sure they would understand English. The food was cold. Normally they offer something for the ketchup to be put in. Knowing there is a child. Nothing. Service had declined there. Even last year same thing. We won’t be back. Cause your worker rather stand behind the counter and give daggers as we ate. Oh did I mention even forgot the coleslaw that come out with the ribs🤦🏼♀️

This is definitely not a restaurant you want to go to on Mondays. Ordered the Harvey's original but the lettuce was limp and brown on the edges obviously left over from the weekend and the tomatoes as well have not been fresh sliced that day. The cucumbers are fresh the onions are fresh the bun was freshly toasted but the burger itself and the cooked long ago

Arrived almost near when they closed so they were cleaning up for the night but they still absolutely accommodated and still serviced me with a smile and friendly greeting
