Bacon cheeseburger was just ok. Not much flavor and tasted frozen. They were pretty stingy on the topping and the service from the cashier and the lady building the burgerwas not very friendly.

Our family visited this location recently and the only good thing I can say is the staff was very nice and friendly. We were unable to find a table that wasn't filthy ( keep in mind we were the only people in there) so we had to ask for a table to be cleaned. Food was sub par- fries were cold, chicken fingers were terribly overcooked burgers were ok but not great. Washrooms were disgusting paper towels and toilet paper in hallway, all over floor in washrooms and garbage overflowing. Sink clogged with water and water wouldn't run. Then on the way out we noticed I dont even know what it was maybe something they pour drinks into. Wont be going back

Staff is very rude with others. I was there a few days ago and the indian girl ( not being racist but i don't know her name) she was showing attitute and being rude like she is the queen of england.

Pretty sad during my last visit. Old over cooked crispy chicken. I got the wrap and they were very conservative with toppings. The wrap was pretty sad.
Also, no fresh sliced dill pickles. What the heck is that? Harvey's is known for the fresh sliced dills.
Owners sister was on duty as the manager and every customer in the restaurant was having to listen to her go on and on about her personal hygiene and grooming habits. Not something you want to hear about while eating. I asked her and the two other ladies to take their conversation to where the guest didn't have to hear it and they just snickered as one said tell her to leave we own it. Older lady with glasses was very polite and worked our entire visit.

This location is always closed early. It takes over 20 minutes for any food orders regardless how small. They almost always get the order wrong when in the drive through.

We stopped at Harvey’s in Napanee while travelling and ordered 3 Original Burgers with cheese. The staff asked what we wanted on them, but unfortunately none of the burgers were made correctly. Since we were just passing through, we didn’t return to have them fixed. It was disappointing to get the wrong order, and I hope extra care can be taken in the future to ensure orders are accurate.
