I ordered on September 13th I then drove 30 minutes out of town with my kids to find out my fries were not in the bag. I tried calling twice with no answer. I was a very unhappy customer at the time.

This place has gone downhill fast. Keeping the chicken in a Keeping warm oven dries out the coating. I broke a tooth the chicken was so freaking hard to bite into. I decided to give KFC another chance and nothing has changed. This location should be shutdown.

The last time l ordered food it was not fresh and very small pieces. When it set in the warmers for to long it gets all dried out and not enjoyable to eat. They seem to give all the crappy food to people taking out. Less complaints but it wasnt good even when we ate in. Prices go up and quality goes down. Terrible business.

Placed a pick up order The best things were: my order was 'ready' on time, and the building is where it shows on the map. Other than that, the womems bathroom was disgusting with full garbage cans, filthy stalls with walls that need to be seriously cleaned not just wiped with a grease rag (could see the swipes from a dirty rag inside about as far as an arm would reach, no further) toilet paper all over, soap dispenser that covered in hand prints and soap, no cleaning protocol posted (photos if there's a place to post them). My order DID get called at the exact pick up time...but it wasn't my order it was someone else's, mine came out quickly afterwards-they handed it to me while Telling another customer about how glad after 2 more hours they wouldn't have to 'see this place again until next wednesday' so I took my order to a nearby table and double checked it. I ordered a 14pc bucket, large fries, large gravy, corn and macaroni salad and 2 pkgs of turtles chocolates. They forgot my gravy and I thought the turtles so I went back to the counter, cook in the back said he put the turtles in the bottom of the bag... I said "under the bucket of hot chicken?" He nodded... I unpacked my entire order and sure enough there were my turtles, a mushy plastic covered gob of chocolate...but wait one package was completely unsealed and there was melted chocolate in the bag. I gave them to the cashier and asked for them to be replaced. Which she did, she also fetched my tub of gravy. Question, when did large fries stop coming in the large close able box and now appear half as many (for a family of 4 per menu) and in a popcorn chicken packet? Cost was 58$ .... good grief the price of eating out unhealthy is crazy now a days. As per typical KFC meals the spouce and I are both fighting over the bathroom 2 hours later.
