The employees here look to be on the ball and are also very gracious. They should install blinds however because I went in at sunset and the sun was blinding the poor girl working at the counter and she had trouble seeing and dealing with customers. Also the taters are a good value, but I think they changed the macaroni salad recipe, it used to be amazing but now was rather bland and ordinary. My biggest complaint is the Big Mary, HQ should rename it the Little Mary because the chicken piece is so small now. Remember when it used to hang over the bun? Well not anymore, the bun buries it now. :( Hopefully Mary Brown's doesn't go the way of Tim Hortons.

I phoned in an order from the parking lot, explaining I was in a hurry. The very courteous person on the phone checked and said my order would be ready in 2-3 minutes, and it was! Hot, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Fries were soggy, pretty tiny gravy for a 9 piece meal with large fry, not much flavor to the chicken but was not dry or super grease. Should be a seperate line for online order pick up.
