So was heading tk Kingston stopped off to get breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins both english muffins were burnt, broken shell in one of them. Barely warm coffee and missing the mayo I payed for. Tried to call and the phone connection on Mcdonald'S end was so bad I couldn't hear a work the staff member was saying. Then kept the phone off the hook. Terrible experience. Do better.

Almost $20 for a Hockey Hero meal and they couldn't even be bothered to include to main attraction of the meal, the collectible. My fault for not checking the bag before leaving, but I shouldn't have to do their job for them in that regard. The meal is NOT worth the money.

I went through the Napanee McDonald’s today and was pretty disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger, crispy chicken, ranch, snack, wrap, a small fry, and two plain regular patties. I specifically wanted them plain because they were for my dog and onions are poisonous for them.
I was pulled forward because they were waiting on my order, which doesn’t bother me at all. If I know my order is going to be correct and the food is hot and fresh. I am more than happy to wait. Unfortunately, the reg patties had onion on them, my cheeseburger was sloppy and falling apart, and my fries, cold and hard.
So I had to wait an extra amount of time for subpar food.

The restaurant is very cold, likely due to the lack of a double door/vestibule for main entrance. Restrooms were not clean, table was dirty and had to be cleaned by us, and the fellow doing trash bin clear out cut off the entrance for a few minutes. No salads on the menu at this location. Wouldn't stop here again.

Came in this morning, pretty sure the girl at the counter was Comal. She had a really nice smile and such a friendly vibe. Made everyone feel welcome. Honestly great service perfect start to the day. Great job Mcdonalds

I came and the manager seemed like a great guy, Chris, but the way he talked to the younger employees and was quite condescending and rude to them. No wonder why there are so many complaints about the customer service! The managers are jerks! I would be miserable working here too. Food tasted great, the service and vibes were off today. Will be going to Tims from now on

This is the best owner / managers and local team who are quite literally the best fast food team I have ever seen! As a former restaurant manager I say that with compete sincerity. The food quality is amazing also and we won't order from other McDonald's as a rule . Keep up the fabulous work !

So tired of coming here and they are outta stuff or get your order wrong all the time but the best part is they say they start breakfast at 5am yet you go there before 4am and you can't order off the dinner menu cause according to them their system is rebooting why is it rebooting to the breakfast menu when it's still the dinner menu just seems if your not there by atleast 330am forget getting any food off the dinner menu. I wonder if the owner knows what they are doing.it really sucks that everything else is closed and rotten Ronnie's is the only place to get food in napanee. I guess they roll the sidewalks up at 9pm in this town. Maybe time to move back to Kingston atleast there you have more options
