Stopped in for a quick sub on my way to Belleville, both girls working were the absolute sweetest, the tunes playing were awesome and the food is so yummy I did a happy food dance in my car! Keep up those smiles it really impacts a person's day 😀 steak and cheese for the win!

Food is the best around in my opinion. I prefer these subs to any of the others in town. I will say the building could use a refresh. But the staff are great, but last time I was in, the young lady had just reopened after closing for a bit to get caught up on baking some bread. That shouldn't happen if the staff from the previous shift are doing their job which they clearly didn't.

Insanely disappointing to pay money food and get something you can't eat. Half rotten lettuce, the meat was dry and seemed like from days ago. I tried feeding it to my dogs and they took a couple bites and left it and thats unbelievable for them to turn down human food. Not worth the time and definitely not worth the dime. I will be finding somewhere else to go when I do my Napanee run. Someone obviously doesn't know how to run a food service business to attract and keep customers.
If only I came to the reviews before risking my health on this garbage dumpster of a sub shot!

Waited in a line up of 2 people for 10 minutes, lady ahead of me walked out. I waited another 10 minutes. as i watched 2 young East Indian girls make the customer ahead of me sub, they took over 2 minutes to put tomatoes on it. I didnt have the time to waste any longer, so I went elsewhere. absolute gong show over AT Mr. Sub. i WOULD RECCOMEND NEW STAFF!
When there today stood in line 2 people were served then worker tells me I have to wait a minute while she finishes a skip order that came in after I was there will not go back priority. That was already standing there in line.

I've been coming here for a while but never had such bad service as this time. At 4:00 pm there was a lineup of 5 people in front of me, some people were ordering 3 subs each to go. There was only 1 staff member working, it took 40 minutes before I was able to leave with my order (and 5 more people had come in line behind me) Atrocious service, I expect to be 5 minutes to grab a quick meal, I don't expect to be all day. This is pathetic. If this happens one more time at this location I won't be coming back

Visited this location for lunch today, hoping to grab a quick sub and be on our way. There was only one customer in front of us and only one staff member working. I understand it’s hard when you’re by yourself, but there was no sense of any kind of urgency to greet customers or take our order. We waited 20 minutes to order, and once we got through the process of ordering our subs and asking for them toasted, the meet was still cold (chicken breast). It was also the sub of the day we ordered and the employee did not know how to input this into the machine. Please train your employees properly before letting them work on their own.

Very, very slow as well. If you want a sub where it takes 3 weeks to put lettuce on, this is the place for you.
Subway is 5 seconds away. Go there. Deli Fritz is across town and much better as well.
