Parker's BBQ & Prime Rib Grill

I am really sad, was my fav stop on my way to TO for the original BBQ chicken.

Hope they reopen soon. Love their food.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone really. Portions were small and our burgers were way overcooked - I would say even burnt on the edges. The washrooms were absolutely disgusting and it was surprising considering there weren't too many customers in during the time we got there. The lady was nice but very slow. We finished our meals and it took about 10 minutes for her to get us our bill despite the fact that there were only 2 other tables and 1 that had just left. We won't be coming back.

Tried Parker's for the first time yesterday. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious! I also like how it's not the size of a football. It's a decent portion and the sauce was just perfect. I'll be back to try the ribs soon! Great service, too!

Ordered half rack of ribs and wings and upgraded to a loaded fries and my wife ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich upgraded with onion rings. The fries had no seasoning, severely needed some salt for flavor, and cooked to the point of being dry where i had to dip every last bit in sauce to not choke and ribs were overcooked and tough. The chicken sandwich had extremely thin slices of chicken that were deep fried and over cooked and very dry. The onion rings were just doughy and extremely greas, basically felt like eating soggy bread dipped in oil.

I took my 80 year old parents out for lunch and all three of us LOVED our food and were amazed at the prices. Mom and I had a bacon cheeseburger - the best beef i've tasted in years, charbroiled to perfection with two generous thick slices of crisp bacon (yes crisp!) and REAL cheese, not processed. They happily provided me with HP sauce and my mom with mayonnaise - for her fries. My dad had the pulled pork and it came with a side of sauce, coleslaw and he opted for onion rings. They offer options for sides, including a ceasar salad for no extra charge - again good quality with real bacon. The prices were phenomenal, and the services was so friendly - Savi made us feel right at home.

I have not had the pleasure of dining in at Parker’s, but we have arranged for delivery a number of times. Vic is incredibly helpful when it comes to absolutely everything. From special instructions due to food allergies, to the incredibly delicious food, to getting the food delivered at the time agreed on…. Nothing is overlooked! I would highly recommend Parker’s Napanee to everyone!

The 1/4 chicken was really good but the rest was a let down. Loaded fries weren't "loaded" definitely not worth $10. Chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. The worst was the ribs. Tough and overcooked. Was looking forward to trying Parkers and won't be back. I will cook it properly myself.

Food was alright... the ribs had a taste to them like they had been previously cooked and then refrigerated. The wings and fries were quite good. Did not get coleslaw and wasn't offered butter for corn muffins. Overall an average experience.

Meh. My husband had a burger which came out burnt. It was remade for him but still had a lot of charring. It was also a very small patty. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was very thin. Overcooked and hard on the edges. The sauce was delicious though. Our server was great. Seeing into the kitchen from our table I didn’t see any hair nets or hats on the cooks. And watching the tables get bussed they were not adequately cleaned (even by pre-covid standards). Only the table tops were wiped down. The edges of the tables, the booth seats and the condiments at the tables were not wiped down.

We just returned from a delicious birthday lunch for my wife. The 4 of us all enjoyed our prime rib sandwiches,frosty draft,and cold white wine. Our server Cynthia was awesome. Can't wait to go back.

Take out order. Didnt receive correct order. Food was cold. Burgers were dry and tough. At half price was still 30.00
Will not be back.

Not bad, not great, must use a micro scale to measure portions. Fries were good.
