Her positive attitude and welcoming smile made the visit even better. The food was fresh and delicious, and Muskaan went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The most disgusting chicken shawarma I have ever tried . The pita was loaded with vegetables and few pieces of chicken that have literally no taste for 16 bucks . Wont comeback.

WOW the food is so fresh. The spinach not wilted, all the veggies are so bright. What stands out here though are Muskaan and Jaspreet. They are so precious but specially Muskaan!!! It’s the second time she prepares my order even though I arrive at 9:00 pm!!! She’s so patient and kind and doesn’t even rush me 😭 (I do try to be as quick as possible about time to not take too much of her time but she just says it’s ok and makes me feel welcome) I love this location because of her she’s a bright star and deserves all the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I recently ordered from Pita Pit and was really disappointed with the portion size. The quantity was very low for the price I paid. The pita was barely filled, and it left me still hungry afterward. The ingredients tasted okay, but the overall value just wasn’t there. I expected a more generous and satisfying meal. Not likely to order again unless the portions improve.
No problems with the service. Very polite and hard working. The resturant it's self needs a major face-lift on the inside.

I never make Google reviews as usually as I maybe should, but I wanted to hop in here and share my opinion about my local pita pit! Firstly, Staff are always super and extremely friendly! I always have a very positive experience when I see their smiling faces! Muskan and Vaibhav are by far the most hardworking, dedicated and friendly employees, and if I had my own business these two would be my peice de resistancè! Not only were they super funny, caring and professional, they brought a sense of comfort like I was welcome and they made sure everything went right for me and my Boyfriend! I ordered a beautifully crafted Pita, and I cried actual happy tears because it was so good. Thank you Muskan and Vaibhav, keep up the good work, I'll be back frequently if I get to see these guys!

Came in with a free pita coupon and was paying for one. The girl says I don’t know how to use this so can you go somewhere else. I said it says Napanee on the bottom so no I won’t go anywhere else.
Then she says I’ll just give you 20% for today.
Umm no. It’s a free pita.
She called her “manager” and he said no it’s expired.
There is NO expiry date anywhere on it at all.
Sadly won’t be back at this location.
Not a shawarma place. Avoid at all cost.
