Ordered our pizza to come for 445-5pm on Halloween and it was a no show. We didn't get a notification of this till over an hour later and no one was answering there phone or bothered to call me back after leaving a voicemail. Very disappointed so we ordered at dominos instead and they came right away. Our kids were starving and I get it was Halloween but someone could have let us know they weren't going to fill our order sooner or at least called me back or answer their phone so we could have called another pizza place sooner. Would not recommend. There are other pizza places in Napanee I would much rather support.

A terrific pizza place. They have amazing flavourful pizzas. The toppings are fresh and plentiful .The staff are very friendly and courteous. They always get our orders correct. When your looking for a good pizza gut location, this is your place

I must say I agree with most of the others' reviews, and I am happy Pizza Hut is in Napanee once more. I would have given a 5 star as well but I have a very hard time with the doors and I have mention this many times that it would be nice if they had the handicap button system for opening the doors working. They have never worked as far as I know, and I visited them about a week after they opened. Please get them fixed. I will gladly give the 5th star once they are working.
Wheelchair accessibility: This is my one complaint, as I said above. The door opening buttons do not work!

so I just ordered pizza tonight got 4 pizzas just as I pull in the store called me they gave me the worng pizza ask me to come back after 4 different people I talked to becuase I couldn't understand what they were asking or saying. They offered me a xl chicken fajita pizza and I never got that I got a large again so after going home then back and back home my other pizza are now cold
also when I ate it.. it was undercooked and doughy

A great addition the the Nappanee community. The place is run my a nice family and great friendly staff. The building is newly renovated and in a good location. I have been here on numerous occasions and everytime has been great. No food missing no rude service just a great place overall. If you can't decide what to cook once night or are too busy. Give these guys a call you won't regret it. Thank me later
