Absolutely love this Pizza Hut in Napanee! The staff (Lopesh) are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to prepare the orders. The pizzas are fresh, hot, and perfectly made every single time. Their stuffed crust is my favourite – cheesy, flavourful, and never disappoints. I also tried their boneless wings and garlic breadsticks, which were delicious and came out nice and warm. The restaurant is clean and well maintained, with lots of seating and a comfortable atmosphere if you want to dine in. Overall, great service, great food, and a reliable spot whenever I’m craving pizza. Highly recommend to anyone passing through Napanee or living nearby!

Napanee Pizza Hut, is 10Stars compared to any in Kingston. When we want Pizza Hut, we drive out of our way to the Napanee location. Been several times, and has yet to disappoint.

Was at one time the best of the pizza chains. Now their pizza is basicly pure garbage. Disgusting toppings and dough. Our golden retriever enjoyed it. Beats Pellets!

Ordered our pizza to come for 445-5pm on Halloween and it was a no show. We didn't get a notification of this till over an hour later and no one was answering there phone or bothered to call me back after leaving a voicemail. Very disappointed so we ordered at dominos instead and they came right away. Our kids were starving and I get it was Halloween but someone could have let us know they weren't going to fill our order sooner or at least called me back or answer their phone so we could have called another pizza place sooner. Would not recommend. There are other pizza places in Napanee I would much rather support.
