We had our wedding at the coachman in August, cannot say enough great things about this place. The personal service is unmatched , paired with insanely great cooking. We are very happy to reccomend as a venue and high end restaurant. Our wedding went as smooth as silk thanks to all the staff of the coachman, and a huge thank you to Janet and Randy for helping us through the entire process.

Top notch restaurant. Pricey but you know that going in. Excellent mushroom caps. Swiss cordon blue was delicious and plentiful. Atmosphere was busy with regular dining and an event going on.

We held our wedding reception for 65 guests at The Royal Coachman earlier this month and we were extremely happy with the venue, food, service and atmosphere. Everything was wonderful and the night was magical. Janet and Randy went above and beyond to accommodate the dietary needs of guests and myself by creating delicious, filling vegetarian and gluten-free meals. Their event tent was beautifully decorated with chandeliers, twinkle lights, ceiling swag and lovely table settings. We were able to decorate the day before our event and pack things up after. They made cleanup easy by organizing our leftover decor on side tables to be picked up. Our guests have all raved about the quality of the food in the buffet and the quantity of food provided. The late night pizza was delicious and the gluten free pizza was great (baked first to avoid cross-contamination). They made sure everything went smoothly and coordinated seamlessly with our DJ and photographer so we had nothing to worry about on our day. They provided a bar in the tent and their bar and table staff were wonderful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained and the facilities are meticulously cleaned. There was ample parking for all of our guests and the event fee and food prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend The Royal Coachman for your event! Thank you Janet and Randy.

Amazing food and service! Had the lobster and shrimp dinner. Was absolutely fantastic! The strawberry cheesecake is incredible. Will definitely be returning!

The hostess put us at a table where there was a birthday party group of 30 people. It was loud and not enjoyable, since we came to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered drinks and our meals immediately, and got my soup 50 minutes later, then got our bread another 20 minutes after that. Finally got our meal about an hour and a half after we ordered. The lobster was so overcooked that we couldn’t eat it, as it was so chewy.
Also note that the menu prices at the restaurant was 30% more than on their website. For a restaurant in that so called calibre, it was not what we expected as this was our first time there.
Total disappointment for service and food quality.

The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional. Janet from Royal Coachmen called me today, after I made a reservation almost two weeks ago to take a close friend out for her 73rd birthday on Saturday February 22nd, to advise me at this late time that she could not uphold my reservation since the facility is totally booked by someone else on that night. I think she overbooked the restaurant and was contacting the few who had reservations to cancel their dining. I cannot believe that if my reservation was not valid (she said by mistake of the person who took my reservation) that they should have contacted me immediately rather than wait until Wednesday, which gives me little time to make or even get another reservation at a restaurant for Saturday to celebrate my friend’s birthday.

I will never go to the Royal Coachman again and suggest you do not go either.

What a lovely place to slow things down. I love the atmosphere. Quiet, welcoming and very charming. Good food, portions are a bit large so come with an appetite. The hostess is absolutely lovely. Your never rushed. Highly recommend! 4 thumbs up

Came from out of town. Was not sure what to expect at all. We were definitely under dressed, but went for the seafood buffet. AMAZING food. Our server, Olga, was equally amazing. She was attentive, funny and very helpful with first timers.

Will gladly go back!
