Amazing experience, chill vibes, super service and delicious good quality food. What else do you even desire for when you go out for a dinner with your loved ones.

Valentines dinner WITH reservations.
Despite being a well enjoyed place to dine with local's and people around the area, Santorini 's failed miserably by not having enough wait staff on for a very anticipated busy shift ! Firstly I will digress by saying, it is a lovely place with usually pleasant and accommodating wait staff. Knowing fully well a booked solid restaurant is only as good as the service, they went ahead anyway ,with tightly booked tables and 2 servers. With reservations, you may plan to wait up 10 minutes for a table .we waited 45 ! Then after we were seated , another 60 minutes went by before our server was able to reach us for ANY contact . We put in a drink n food order together ,nothing to complicated .
Seeing as the menu has not changed that much since new owners took over, prices are fair to market, the food was good. However , our server whom is usually pleasant and very accommodating, was stressed , and obviously embarrassed 😳 trying to keep up with her normaly professional serve.

This stressed us out , and no one else really seemed to notice!!! Ther was nit even a.notice from the current owner whom was trying to assist with drink orders etc.
If this small local place wants to keep business ,they better treat their servers with respect! And should have called in another server for the two hours of their dinner seating . Not impressed ! May or may not return . Such a lovely place too

I had really high hopes. We had reservations for 7 but we sat for a half hour and noone came to even take our drink order. There seemed to be lots of staff but they stood by the computer behind the divider just yelling at eachother and arguing about how eachother was doing nothing but none of them were actually doing anything….. absolutely dumbfounded by the experience we ended up leaving. We approached the group of staff talking to let them know we were leaving and 3 servers perked their heads up from their conversation with each other and asked “well did you have a reservation?” we were sitting at a table we obviously had a reservation….zero leadership in that place.

Nice place and service is spot on. I had veal and it was horrid. Mushrooms on top made the breading soggy. Pasta was cold. Big fail. Rest meals were ok.

The hours posted are not at all the hours available !!!! WE were made to wait over 2 hours on a Friday because the cook was not in !! And also .we just called to see if for once they are open as posted but of course we were told they are closed today which is a Friday from.2 -4 , they are the only place in the neighborhood they are located so they just kinda open & close when they want and the food is very over priced even so they are not interested on making any money on the places over priced menu because they are closed more often vrs what they are open !

I want to enjoy this place more than I do. The atmosphere and service to me are wonderful. The food is good, though not outstanding. The seafood linguine was lacking seafood that was listed, no calamari and no scallops, only a few shrimp and 2 mussels. Otherwise good, the dish was tasty, buffalo wings were good.

We were here as a very large group. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. They only had a couple servers working the entire restaurant, and we were a group of 30 people. The server was fantastic! Everyone had great things to say about the food

We had a Christmas get together for coworkers, and although the company was great, the restaurant was not. We had a group of about 30 people and the 4 people that sat at 1 table got their starter after everyone else got their meal, then when we got our dinners they were not as described in menu, missing lots of ingredients and tasteless. They took 20% off of the meal but I wouldn't have charged even a quarter of the price for what we got. If a restaurant can't handle a group of 30, then they shouldn't book a group of 30. The waitress was very nice and I feel very sorry that sh had to keep apologizing for the incompetence of the kitchen staff. I was truly looking forward to trying this restaurant but am sad to say I will never go back. Thank goodness the company of friends was good or it would have been a truly horrific experience.

This we our first visit and the experience was excellent. Sarah was the perfect hostess. The food was amazing. Loved the variety. The atmosphere was cozy. Have been telling my friends about Santorini, will be back for sure.

I don't like onions.
I asked for two chicken pitas one without onions. The girl that took my order confirmed, three times, that one of the chicken pitas did not have onions on it. I opened the order when I got home and both chicken pitas were smothered in onions.
Thanks for wrecking my meal that I overpaid for!
I'll try anyplace once.
