An extremely disappointing visit. Something has changed since our last visit including the downsized menu. Sandwiches, burgers and pitas no longer include a side of fries, these now cost an additional $3.00. I ordered a clubhouse sandwich. What I received was a very bland chicken sandwich on Portuguese bun with a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf for the price of 17.99 plus tax. Ridiculously overpriced and certainly not worth the price. My friend and I were visiting and suddenly at 12:50 the serve came to tell us that they were closing at 1:00. Santorini’s has gone down hill and I will not be back.

Went to the patio with the family and the dog! Beautiful outdoor space and amazing staff. Assistant manager Sarah served us and was extremely friendly! She remembered us from a visit almost 3 months ago. Definitely recommend!

This is a restaurant totally out of the way for a person like me who lives in Ottawa and who usually rushes between Ottawa and Toronto, without looking right or left.But, last weekend my wife and I, with three other couples went to a cottage in Napanee. And we decided to have lunch in Napanee, before checking into the cottage. I browsed the internet and picked this hotel rather randomly, feeling that it would serve the kind of food we and our friends would enjoy.The front facade and the approach were inviting. The parking too, was ample. The interior decor and ambience were attractive, with paintings and artifacts on the walls representing Santorini. Everyone of us also enjoyed the food that we had ordered. And our server was extremely efficient and helpful.From now onwards, if I do need to stop over for a meal on my way to Toronto, Santorini Mediterranean Grill is the place.Highly recommended.

We are from Stoney Creek and just wish we had a restaurant like this close to us.Our waitress Sarah she was outstanding and made my day! Have been to this restaurant about a half dozen times in past few years of moving to area. The food has been good, but their lamb shank was delicious.Quaint back side patio that provides a relaxing atmosphere with live music. The servers work hard and the distance from kitchen to tables must be a challenge on the slopes pebbled path provided for them.Like many struggling restaurants these days, we have often visited when they are short staffed. Service can take awhile, so be patient...they are doing the best they can.A special shout out to our frequent server Lynn, who is always friendly and wearing a smile, accommodating and hustles endlessly like the Energizing Bunny she is.

I went to this excellent restaurant with my visiting family. We ate on the quaint patio at the rear of the restaurant, an area separate from the dining room itself. Service was very friendly and attentive. Most of us chose Greek items in the menu. Food was generally tasty (the moussaka was too dry, however), but this restaurant’s strength mostly lies in its romantic ambiance.
Fabulous food. We ordered take out for a family get together. The food was amazing, reasonably priced and enjoyed by all. Thank you, staff and management for making our celebration so easy.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 3 hour lunch outside on the beautiful, natural patio with a quaint stream running beside it. Our attentive server was delightful and energetic, having quite a journey from inside to where we were seated. We enjoyed our lunches and were treated to a free birthday dessert to share. Will definitely return for the live entertainment on weekends! ( P.S. we were serenaded by a lovely cardinal in the overhead tree branches )

Nicely decorated. We should have dressed a little heavier as it was cool inside. We both had Chicken Parmesan. We both enjoyed. I had pasta and my wife had potatoes. Chicken was hot. Pasta was hot. Potatoes were good, but would have liked a little warmer. Waitress was great. Came back several times to check on us.

Hidden gem in Napanee!We went to Santorini Mediterranean Grill for our monthly "Dinner Club" and was not disappointed!The patio was so relaxing, such a great atmosphere. Lots of shade and nice landscaping.Sarah's service was top-notch! Super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of and had everything we needed.The food was wonderful. Super tasty Mediterranean food - with other lots of options. Noticed that it also had a good kids menu, a bonus for those dining with kids.Baklava was sinfully delicious.One of our favourite restaurants we've visited for "Dinner Club", will be visiting again soon!
