Today I took my Mother-In-Law out for lunch and decided to go to Spuds Restaurant. My Mother-In-Law has a lot of issues eating certain foods due to Radiation and Chemo on her throat. She decided on a plain omelette to try. And yes, she had a lot of problems trying to swallow. The owner asked if she could bring her a Rice Pudding as it was good a creamy.
