This Subway is ruining the brand. I ordered a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl and the portion was laughable. I’ve had this same bowl in Toronto many times, and I know when someone’s being stingy. They clearly don’t care about quality or customer experience. If you don’t want to be treated like a fool, stay away from this place.

When I went to this subway I asked for honey mustard on my sandwich, then the employee proceeds to put yellow mustard all over even though as soon as she did I had tried to correct her. She then tried to blame me and says I said yellow mustard. I said it’s fine but if they could get a little bit off that would be appreciated. And instead of offering to make me a new sandwich or using a knife she grabs a bunch of the napkins from the dispenser and wipes it off. I’m quite upset. But that has to be some sort of health violation or what not.
