I’m constantly driving between Ottawa and Toronto. So finding the great spots along the 401 is a must. Had the lasagna soup and it was one of the best soups I can say I’ve had. Only 7 minutes off the 401 and a must if you’re passing through the area. Lots of free street parking.
We ordered take out from The Soup Can, we had the dumpling soup, the mushroom soup, the smoked chicken noodle soup and the jerk chicken sandwhich and all was excellent. I especially loved the sandwhich and the dumpling soup and will definitely be ordering again! HIghly recommend this hidden gem!

For the 1st time, I tried the soup can and I had the Mac and cheeseburger with a bun toasted with garlic butter …and it was so delicious!!! best soup I’ve had in months and Bill was fantastic! excellent customer service!! Thank You Bill for making my lunch today!!!
