I attended an event hosted at the Waterfront tonight, upstairs. We ordered drinks + food, when my food came, the server dropped the entire plate on me. The hot food and sauce dumped down my back, my purse, and my chair. She swiftly ran to the back.

I was very calm and forgiving about it as I understand mistakes happen. My friend and the event host cleaned me off with baby wipes out of sheer embarassment. The server did not re-appear for several minutes, when she did, I was only handed a hot, wet dirty dish rag. No one inquired if I was hurt or burnt.

My food was re-ordered by one of the staff. I was surprised however to receive a full bill. Our entire party assumed my bill would be comped or at least discounted, as per industry standard.

I'm very disappointed at how the entire incident was (not) handled. We had previously frequented the Waterfront.I can only hope the server receives better customer service training going forward. But, we won't be returning.

I simply went for a drink, waited 15 minutes to be served, never asked if I would like another and had to find a server to get my bill. Over priced wine but great atmosphere

I was here with 3 friends and a dog. The atmosphere, outside was so beautiful and relaxed. The staff and manager accommodating. Super friendly and efficient.

Recently had lunch with 2 wheelchair clients from a group home. Awesome service and we had an amazing time !!!! Thank you !!!!

What a gem. If I lived closer, this would be my favourite haunt. I had the fresh shrimp rolls and the button mushroom soup and finished with a chocolate hazelnut latte. Everything was excellent, but the soup, I would say, is the best soup I have ever eaten. The mushroom were cut large, the soup had a lovely creamy, but not too thick texture, and the base was deep and not too salty.
Do visit here if you can. We played a game of corn hole while we waited for our meal, sat in the shade over lunch and just enjoyed the river.

Fantastic service, just excellent and friendly servers! Fun atmosphere and great tunes on a Saturday night. We were really late for our reservation due to traffic and they held our table for us! Highly recommend this place summer or winter it’s a beautiful setting.

As a group of 4 found, we stopped by this place for lunch (just before the Christmas season). Fantastic place for a meal with friends 😋. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food and service were excellent. Will be coming back to try more menu options.
