The Waterfront River Pub and Terrace

We had dinner in the dome on Saturday and our server was Caitlyn. She was excellent !! Friendly, efficient etc.. food was excellent. We had a great night. Will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing experience at Waterfront River Pub & Terrace. The atmosphere was stunning, the food was fantastic & our server Andrea was top notch! We will definitely visit again when we are back in this area.

It took over an hour to get one round of drinks from our server. She said the kitchen / bar lost our drink orders so we waited another 45 minutes to get our drinks and food. Nothing was comped for the horrible service and they tried to give us cookies instead lol.

This is handsdown the best place to have a meal in Napanee. I live in Toronto where the food selection is immaculate, and I still always look forward to this place for dinner when I visit Napanee. Whoever runs this place knows what they’re doing.

Service was great. Our server was awesome. Snowglobe was beautiful and quaint. Although the plastic is torn around the zipper. Food for the 2nd time was not up to par. Chicken sandwiches were very dark in color ,overdone and dry. (Please change the grease in your fryers.!!!) Sheet pan nachos were not too bad but they were way too salty plus very skimpy on the topping. None of our party will be returning .

Great snow globe experience. They have a “vegan” menu but be aware that all fried foods are cooked in the same oil (as someone with an allergy, this is dangerous).

Nice little pub. The winter domes are a very fun idea. We enjoyed the meal, standard pub fare.

The seafood linguine was absolutely amazing! Our waitress was friendly, attentive and gave great food recommendations. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great vibe! Loved the diverse crowd, daytime DJs, and fun outdoor seating. One of the best places I've found in LA for a relaxing weekend hang out! The servers were all very nice and food was excellent. The drinks were the only thing not that great - they need better quality wine options but other than that, this place is a 5/5!
