Now that I’m off work I wanted to leave a review. This happened 2 days ago but things haven’t been better the last 2 days I’ve gone so I wanted to leave a review I just wish customer service was better here and it’s not just me that’s having problems 24/7. I ordered a triple triple like I do most mornings and I noticed it was leaking a bit. No big problem but where my problem occurred is when I asked them to please clean the cup off so I didn’t get coffee all over my car, she refused and said “it’s ok that’s the way it’s supposed to be drank”….. so whatever, I take my coffee and it goes all over my cup holder and when I get to work I take the cover off to cool it down. Then it goes all over the place because it’s overfilled. It could have been at least made right but why would they do that when the only thing that matters is to get the line moving. Needless to say if you want something done right go to the downtown Tim Hortons

I just went to there now at 5 5.30 the Indian girl was working at drive through Wednesday 6 August and she did not treat us well even though the service was very late and I got hair in my iced cap

I placed a mobile order and had to wait at least 15 minutes to receive it. I ordered an iced coffee and a Veg Cilantro Lime Loaded Wrap. When I got to my car and opened the wrap, I was extremely disappointed.
The wrap was completely wet, and the paper was stuck to it so badly that it was hard to remove. It looked like it wasn’t even wrapped properly—sauces and liquids were dripping everywhere, making the entire wrap soggy and messy from the outside.
This was a very poor food experience. It’s clear that there was no care taken in preparing or packaging the order. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Inexperienced and unqualified management, it's no wonder they can't move lines. Was being trained by an unprofessional employee by the name of Josie before I walked out thankful I had a better job lined up. If I find out Josie was another name change for my employment, I'm suing tim hortons. It's called workplace harassment!

Some off the staff have a hate my job attitude and voice it to customers, midnight staff (imagants) think they're there to clean, and flirt with the truck drivers. Call my order in tell them il be 10-15mins when doing coffee runs on midnight shifts. Half hour later they just started making my coffees order.
