I go to this Tim Hortons daily, always in the morning. They are always very friendly and quick to serve. I normally always go through the drive through, and It's 90% quick. One of the things that I really appriciate is that they know my order by heart. The manager Matt is always quick to know it's me in the drive through and I hardly ever have to say anything as he knows what I'm getting. Any time there was ever an error on my order in the past, I would call and let them know as I was already on the road. Matt was the one to answer and he was always reasuring that I could come back and get my order fixed for free. I know mistakes sometimes happen, and knowing that It's never a problem to have it either fixed or to be able to come get it new the next day free of charge is great!
I highly recommend going to the location! Good work Tim Hortons Napanee, Down town location!

Very good service and friendly staff. I was surprised that the floor wasn't very clean for 7:30 in the morning. Other than that, good place to have breakfast.
It took quite a long time to get service I waited for 15 to 20 minutes

I don't usually post negative reviews, but I'm about to dump out a $5 cup of sadness right now and try to make my own. Usually I wouldn't care; I'd try to choke it down and tell myself I liked it, but it's 5:30 PM on a Sunday night. The last thing I need right now is a shot of espresso.
