Hey, guys, just FYI, a chai latte doesn't have coffee in it. Like, at all. Ever.
I don't usually post negative reviews, but I'm about to dump out a $5 cup of sadness right now and try to make my own. Usually I wouldn't care; I'd try to choke it down and tell myself I liked it, but it's 5:30 PM on a Sunday night. The last thing I need right now is a shot of espresso.

This morning at 10:58 am I ordered 10 timbits in a bag. I can't remember the awesome lady who served me....I wish I had her name. She was so kind to me...you have an amazing staff member! Just want to shout out to customer service clerk wo severd me this morning.. a huge thank you 🤗🫶 C.J.

This is my regular Tim’s. I mostly do the drive thru as it is convenient for me. I absolutely love this restaurant and the service I receive here. The staff is always friendly. My beef with Tim Horton’s is the offers. For the past 2 months I have had two or three offers and the 2 are always the same. And if I get a third offer it is something I would never use. Why can’t there be different offers instead of the same thing all the time. Always have 2 ice Capp and 20 timbits for 400 extra points and regular soup or chili with a lunch sandwich (who wants soup or chili in the summer?)
Lady handled cash and then continued to stick her fingers in my cup. I don't know why I haven't noticed before but why don't employees have to wash their hands everytime they use the cash. I know I couldn't be surprised being disappointed by Tim Hortons but I guess I am. Why are there no whole wheat or grain options?! Why are they discontinuing everything but white starches. We are become more inclusive yet restricting options for dietary needs.

I visit Tim Hortons regularly because I like steeped tea, but lately, it seems like every time I try to order it, it’s unavailable. This is beyond disappointing. How can a brand that prides itself on being a Canadian staple not have one of its most popular items in stock?

The cashier had no idea when I asked if they sold the breakfast parfait, hardly spoke a word of English, and didn't even bother to stir my coffee, the store itself is always nice and clean and the wifi works and is stable, other than this 1 particular bad visit I would recommend
