I had to call this restaurant from the stall at 6:30am and ask them to bring me toilet paper. You can't blame the employees for poor management and they are really putting a bad name on tim hortons. Greedy owners with very outdated policies. Maybe if you gave employees breaks?

I can't remember when I experienced better, speedier or more cheerful service at a Tim Hortons drive-thru than today. When I arrived, there were many 🚗 cars ahead of me and I was sure there would be a long wait. But NO, the line moved up quickly and steadily. I had to be on MY toes to be ready for them. The attendant serving me my cappuccino at the windows was cheerful and courteous. Inside, I glimpsed a beehive of efficient and cheerful 😊 teamwork. BRAVO!

Was in today and had an amazing experience served by Christina who was great and very friendly and fast. Food was prepared by Varali who was fast and the food was great. Defiantly recommend heading downtown for the great staff and service

every time i come here and get my iced coffee i almost always have to have them remake it. I like mine super sweet so i always get it with the cane sugar syrup AND vanilla. the only person who makes it right is Cathy. it seems like everyone else is just putting one pump of each because it’s always so bitter. it’s ridiculous. why can’t people follow instructions and get a simple order right?
