Stopped there like we do every Friday tried to order and had to say it 5 times to a new guy to Canada, then a big woman (your employee) comes up and yell's at me and tells me off. So now we go somewhere else to eat.

So I order 2 Jr. Burgers and a kids nugget meal. One of the burgers didn't even have a burger patty on it. I was on my way out of town when I ordered and live about an hour north away so I couldn't turn back because I was already home. I never had this happen to me, but I feel like the burger part of the burger is a little important to miss out on

Had lunch yesterday with my partner. We both ordered the same as always, and as usual the chicken fingers were NOT even room temperature. Had to wait while they redid them. Both ordered Frosties and my partner found a hair in hers shortly after diving into it. Needless to say, we dumped both out. The front window is still broken, so it's cold in there, and the bathroom and front area smelled like their septic system backed up. $28 for 2 adults for lunch. Never again.

The service was quick, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My order was prepared perfectly, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy my meal.
I especially appreciated the attention to detail – they got my order exactly right, and everything tasted just as good as I hoped. The fries were crispy, and the burger was flavorful and well-made. Let’s face it… nothing is cheap anymore but I still expect what I pay for. Paid just 31.50 not once, not twice but three times and got less than par on my order of same thing. Baconator x2 all three times. Use to be my favorite meal. Fool me once, fool me twice, third one is on me! My bad! Quality has gone down the shitter!!!! Your fries are DISGUSTING!!! Like eating something that has been sitting in your oil basket for HOURS! Hamburger sitting in heat oven for hours and haven’t even got mayonnaise on our Baconater’s for past three orders…. Yes that’s a standard topping for this according to YOUR menu , another cut back??? DISAPPOINTING!!! EXPENSIVE!!! NOT WORTH IT!!!! NAPANEE LOCATION AT LEAST!!!! DO NOT WANT A COUPON FOR YOUR DISGUSTING FRIES OR THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT THERE!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Customer service was exemplary! The clerk was so helpful when I expressed my dietary challenges - at a WENDY'S of all places. Fixed me up a Dave's single in a lettuce wrap. So yummy. Will visit this restaurant in Napanee again!

Today was yet another bad order from this store on a long list of bad orders. I have had under cooked food on more than one occasion, missing items, incorrect items and generally nasty staff. Ordered a delivery order that was sealed and not tampered with. The store did not put all of the ordered food in before sealing it. This is the last time I give them a chance.
