Stayed for less than 2 minutes, started of with the hostess disrespecting my wife and kids by waving a stick around and barking orders at us and our kids. When we objected the rudeness continued at the table....horribly rude abrupt service.

we did takeout so i can’t comment on dine-in atmosphere. finding good sushi in ottawa is tricky, but this place does amazingly well for the prices!! staff was very friendly and kindly separated my party’s vegetarian rolls from the fish-based ones; will definitely be back for the delicious hand rolls and great selection of food :-) general tao chicken could’ve been fresher but it was still tasty!

I love it here. The food is great and the service is exceptional. The staff work really hard and are super efficient. I'm usually here once a month. I love the crystal dragon, rolls, steam dumpling, beef ribs, seafood salad, mango salad, I haven't tried everything but that's what I usually stick to.

I do not recommend this restaurant. Their priority seems to be locking customers into the most expensive option, the all-you-can-eat buffet. You’re not allowed to mix ordering styles at the same table, which means if one person wants à la carte and another chooses the buffet, that’s not allowed. Even more frustrating, if someone (like a child who isn’t eating) just wants to sit with you, they still charge the full buffet price for that seat.
The service was disappointing, and the manager was outright rude. She repeatedly cited a “policy” that was neither visible anywhere nor provided in writing when asked. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience.

This place will never really blow you out of the water but what you can guarantee is that they will bring you your food quickly and it’ll be pretty ok sushi. It’s an all you can eat sushi place with decent prices and food that will fill you up.
Just went there for lunch, we placed 1 order and the lady came around to tell us last call to put in any more orders? Proceeded to charge me full price also. Never going there again! They could’ve mentioned when I walked in that they were closing for lunch soon. Also options are not great on menu. Not impressed at all! Never going back.

I love to come here with my family, but the prices have increased dramatic over the years and we don’t go much anymore. The food is generally pretty good, and the service and ambiance is always delightful.
The a a la carte option is more affordable and worth it.
