Quality is not bad at all: the tempura was fresh and crispy and not overly oily, the salmon rose roll were huge and fresh, handrolls were well made, and the kalbi was very juicy.Would do again!

If you’re looking for an AYCE sushi place that will be consistent for most dishes, most of the time, 168 Sushi on Merivale is the place. The sushi is quite decent and side dishes/appetizers are good. There’s a variety of food to choose from but it’s best that you don’t have high expectations for all foods from this place, since its focus is on quantity rather than consistency and quality. Service is overall good (most days great, some days rude). My favourite go to’s are Green Dragon roll, spicy tuna sushi, and shrimp skewers.

A lot of options to choose from taste and quality is ok.
Good place for a date night or out with your friends. Fair price. Im Stuck between this place and hockey shushi. Both are very similar with the cool robot waiter. It's a nice experience overall with the salad bar and unlimited ice cream. I give it 8/10 experiance.
