I had a great experience at A&W. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was quick. A special thanks to Nav, who was very humble and polite with customers. She greeted everyone warmly, was patient while taking orders, and made the whole experience pleasant. Really appreciate the excellent service—will definitely visit again!

I usually never write reviews but I am incredibly impressed with the service at A&W. I tried A&W for the for time last night on a road trip from the Buffalo to Montreal. After driving 5+ hours on my trip, I had no idea what to expect but I know A&w is a Canadian staple. I was overwhelmed by the menu but the workers were incredibly patient and helpful. They walked me through the food and made suggestions on what I would enjoy. The food was hot and very good. I spoke with Dante at the window but thanks to all the people making the food as well. Would highly recommend the Mozza combo. 10/10 Hopefully all locations hold up to this standard
