Lazy and incompetent workers. They have never gotten an order correct. Avoid this place at all costs and just eat elsewhere either in the restaurants at the mall or at another A&W.

Went here to buy onion rings after my shift. Hands down the best onion rings out there, unlike those skinny little rings from other places. These were perfectly crisp and fresh! 10/10 will try again!

Me and my daughter order at A and W Bayshore Mall 2 to 3 times per week. Exceptional services from Gwen,Rob and Ray. They deserve all thr praise! Thank you

Bought onions rings here they tasted disgusting I took them back and wanted to exchange them or a refund the lady was sorta rude I only ate one they wouldn’t refund me so I asked kindly if I can exchange and thankfully they did but I did not feel like they were to happy to do so :C the burger and drink I had was good

With everything being more expensive now, it really falls on the staff to provide amazing customer service to entice people to order and come back.
The staff that work at this location act like they're trying to get it shut down. They are dismissive, unhelpful, borderline rude and constantly act like the customers are an annoyance to whatever personal thing they are doing at the time. I tried privately contacting the store about my latest negative visit, and they offered me a free meal or gift card. But when I went to pick it up I was greeted with such attitude I had to make this public.
There were no apologies or any sign of remorse and I felt even worse about everything. Even if they were just neutral that would have been more acceptable than being given cold stares because I was voicing my dissatisfaction.

I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional, unfriendly and we had to wait an unreasonable amount to order our food. The overall experience was not what I expected, and I don’t recommend it

Worst A&W in the city , cold food , burger looked like they threw it in the bag , cold fries .....never again!

Always love A&W but it’s sad how customer service can change your experience!
Today I was served by a girl in the counter was very arrogant and rude and served a wrong meal with lots of confidence

I had a disappointing experience at A&W. I ordered a Coke for my child and was given a pre-filled drink. When I asked for a fresh replacement, the server made faces, which was incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, they didn’t serve our food on a tray and didn’t provide any ketchup, leaving us to ask for basic items that should be standard. This level of service was far below expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

I tried the Masala Veggie Burger, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The patty had a nice blend of spices that gave it a flavorful kick. The sauce, while spicy and flavorful, was sparingly applied, leaving the burger feeling a bit dry. A more generous amount could have greatly enhanced the overall taste. Additionally, the bun seemed stale and lacked the freshness expected from a premium burger chain, which was quite disappointing.
