I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff seemed unprofessional, unfriendly and we had to wait an unreasonable amount to order our food. The overall experience was not what I expected, and I don’t recommend it

Worst A&W in the city , cold food , burger looked like they threw it in the bag , cold fries .....never again!

Always love A&W but it’s sad how customer service can change your experience!
Today I was served by a girl in the counter was very arrogant and rude and served a wrong meal with lots of confidence
Please provide her better training

I had a disappointing experience at A&W. I ordered a Coke for my child and was given a pre-filled drink. When I asked for a fresh replacement, the server made faces, which was incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, they didn’t serve our food on a tray and didn’t provide any ketchup, leaving us to ask for basic items that should be standard. This level of service was far below expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

I tried the Masala Veggie Burger, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The patty had a nice blend of spices that gave it a flavorful kick. The sauce, while spicy and flavorful, was sparingly applied, leaving the burger feeling a bit dry. A more generous amount could have greatly enhanced the overall taste. Additionally, the bun seemed stale and lacked the freshness expected from a premium burger chain, which was quite disappointing.

The food was warm. I bought a teen burger. It was not the best food experience.

The cashier was very pleasant and understanding that the app was giving me a hard time and she honoured the discounted items.

The cook didn't even know what a Papa burger was. Twice I was given the wrong thing. The second time I simply said that I would deal with it and the cashier's response was "ok". No apologies for messing up my order twice. I'll be avoiding this A&W in the future.

So I order a burger without bacon I said the that girl who was in cash twice and what i was ended with a bacon burger I went back and ask them and she was like I didn’t understood the order I was like okay you should ask me again if you didn’t understood and after that what she didn’t even apologise and made a new burger and kept in front of me without saying me that your new burger giving a bad attitude for your mistake that doesn’t make any sense worst customer service I ever seen ( I also work in the same mall Ik it’s frustrating sometime but that doesn’t mean that you won’t even say a sorry for your mistake rather then showing attitude )

Service is always slow no matter how many people are in line or working. They ignore the mobile orders and make you wait twice as long. Do better.

Dear A&W, please train your staff to understand the coffee machine beeping means the coffee is expired and needs to be taken care of. Psychological beeping torture isn't something I signed up for evey morning shift. Sincerely, the entire food court workers.

Few orders in front of me were mixed up with mine. Woman at cash helped sort everything out and fix my order!
