I ordered two masala veggie burger with one of them with extra onion. There was no extra onion on that and when i told them he was saying abusing words order around 9pm and his name was mark and telling that he was supervisor the quality was not good and i complained to food safety department about the quality that was undercooked

I’ve always liked A&W and considered it a fast food chain with fresh, high-quality food. However, this time, I was really disappointed. The friesand onion rings were cold, the burger was cold, and everything seemed pre-madeand dry.I just can’t accept having cold food.
