went thru the drive thru waited but nobody acknowledged Iwas there.so I said hello then I got a response one moment please. when she came back I very ordered. when I drove to the window the burger was being bagged already. ahe said you didn't need to yell I told her I didn't yell just wasn't sure they new I was there. Her attitude was very negative so

Whoever is the owner of this AW location is doing a wonderful job by hiring the best people with great spirits. I also must say that the manager does a great job. And the other two staff, Pauline and Jeniline are best people you can ever meet. They are not there just to work, they also bring a sense of fresh air when they are around serving customers. You hardly find people with such great spirits in the workplace anymore. Especially, high pressured workplaces like a restaurant. Great job to the owner, the manager, to Pauline and Jeniline (Jen). I ordered two masala veggie burger with one of them with extra onion. There was no extra onion on that and when i told them he was saying abusing words order around 9pm and his name was mark and telling that he was supervisor the quality was not good and i complained to food safety department about the quality that was undercooked

I’ve always liked A&W and considered it a fast food chain with fresh, high-quality food. However, this time, I was really disappointed. The friesand onion rings were cold, the burger was cold, and everything seemed pre-madeand dry.I just can’t accept having cold food.
